The pool was extremely dirty. While the room appeared clean, I noticed some hair on the shower curtain. The breakfast was basic and limited, especially compared to the one in Montreal, offering few fruits and old toppings for the oatmeal. On a positive note, the staff were friendly.

The location was central and the common areas are neat! The water slide was fun, especially for the kids, but for some reason, one of the female staff was not personable and her responses were short (she could have been tired or near the end of her shift - but her attitude could have been better).

Front desk clerk Gracie was amazing. Loved the larger bathroom and the overall layout of room. Location was great for being able to walk to shopping. Also appreciated room to park our trailer.

The kids had an absolute blast with the pool and water slide, its location is perfect with the super store across the street and many many restaurants with in walking distance. The only down side is, the cleanliness, it is clean but there was hair in the sink and gum pressed under the nightstand table. Also the housekeeper came in our room early morning then apologized for coming in the wrong room. Other than those 2 issues, they stay was great, and what you would expect from a Canadian hotel.

We weren't happen with our stay for a few reasons. The breakfast was so bland. The eggs in the center were different in color and didn't taste very good at all. Need to upgrade on the sausages big time. Just a new variety of items would be best for a Hotel like Fairfield.
The air conditioner was noisy and rattled when it started. The shower head was running half the water as the rest was running from the main faucet at the bottom. The towels are so old. Just need a revamp.
The hotel doesn't have a garbage can outside for customer use.
We have stayed at Fairfield Inn & Suites before and enjoyed it but this time not as much.
